As a wife, mother, and lifelong lover of homes and styling, I've spent years helping friends, family, and colleagues create spaces that feel more functional, welcoming, and reflective of the people who live there. Creativity has always been a part of who I am, from my background in hairstyling to a love of fashion and home décor.

I've always been drawn to the process of helping people discover their style and bring their vision to life. What began as a passion for helping others bring their homes together eventually inspired me to create Elise Living Co. 

Wanting to deepen my knowledge and better support clients, I pursued interior decorating studies while continuing to help homeowners navigate everything from furniture placement and styling to finishing touches and space planning. Today, I combine that experience with a practical, approachable perspective to help clients create homes they truly love living in.

The name Elise holds a special place in my heart. It's my middle name, created by combining the names of my two grandmothers. I've always been drawn to the stories behind names and the meaning they carry. Both of my daughters have names with special stories of their own, and that appreciation for family history, connection, and legacy became a natural part of the foundation of this business.

My Scandinavian heritage has also influenced the way I view home. I am drawn to the simplicity, functionality, and intentional living often found in Scandinavian design—creating spaces that are beautiful without feeling complicated, and welcoming without feeling perfect.

At Elise Living Co., I believe that creating a home you love shouldn't feel overwhelming. My role isn't to tell you what your home should look like, it's to help you uncover what feels right for you. Through personalized styling, thoughtful guidance, and practical recommendations, I help homeowners make confident decisions and create spaces that feel authentic, functional, and beautifully personal.

I was 80–100% finished in each room in our home but just couldn’t seem to fully complete it. Kelsie came in, listened to my scattered thoughts, helped me prioritize my ideas, and gave me options based on our conversations. I thought getting a designer was meant for larger renovations, but Kelsie made me realize that sometimes fresh eyes and a little tweaking can make a huge difference.
